Pamela’s interest in real estate was kindled in the 5th grade, when her family decided to change lifestyles – and began searching for an equestrian property to call "home." Pamela jumped right in, helping her parents by studying real estate ads, making phone calls, researching schools, and investigating local amenities. Imagine her disappointment when her parents did not purchase the home she recommended. This was Pamela’s introduction to the concept of "budgets!"
Since 1991, Pamela has been affiliated with Windermere Real Estate’s Woodinville office, and has participated in real estate transactions in King, Snohomish, and Mason counties. With her finger on the pulse of the real estate market, Pamela is ideally positioned to assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, regardless how challenging those might be.

Justin Bailey
Justin has been surrounded by the real estate industry since he was born. His father has worked in commercial investment management for 30+ years, while his mother has been involved in residential real estate for 20 years. This influence and business environment has motivated him to pursue a career in the real estate industry.
Justin obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Political Science with a minor in Business Management which has prepared him in strategic planning, organization and analytical problem solving. Justin is a detail-oriented and focused individual who believes that hard work is the cornerstone of success. His dedication to helping clients fill their needs through personalized research is paramount in bringing hearts and homes together.
As one of the” Technological Generation” Justin has years of experience in the computer industry, working with Microsoft to assist them in projects and Trade Shows. He also provides assistance to Pamela in organizing and programming the technological applications side of her business.
Justin speaks fluent Portuguese after serving a two-year mission for the LDS Church in Brazil. He has experienced the treasure of cultural diversity and enjoys opportunities to meet and work with people from all parts of the globe.
Justin will be working on his MBA degree after gaining additional business experience and will continue working in the real estate industry while he pursues his advanced degree. He is willing to roll up his sleeves and take on any size task, small or large.
Justin is licensed in Washington and Utah.
Brianna Bailey
Brianna brings strong writing and editing skills to the team, with additional knowledge of technology and computer programs helpful in the Real Estate Industry. Photography and Graphic Design are also strengths she offers this team. Social Networking, keyboarding and problem solving and negotiating are assets greatly adding to the value and strength of our team. A good team player, she is pursuing her education in Communication with a concentration on Journalism at Utah Valley University.
